The Champagne Brut Zero Dosage 'Absolument' by Corbon is made with passion and artisanal expertise. A classic blend, where alongside 60% Chardonnay there are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The varieties grow in plots located in the Côte des Blancs with organic cultivation. The cuvée includes the use, during blending, of 50% reserve wine. It remains on the lees for 48 months and, after disgorgement, is bottled without dosage or filtration. Fresh on the nose, characterized by floral notes and buttery hints, dynamic in the mouth, with an energetic, dry, and fresh sip, slightly citrusy. A fine and captivating label, a product of great personality to be reserved for special occasions.

THE MAISON

The company is located in Avize in the heart of the Cote des Blanc. The land includes six hectares of 100% Grand Cru vineyards. Everything began in the 1920s when Charles Corbon, having moved to Avize, started purchasing vineyards and selling the produced grapes to wineries. In the 1970s, coinciding with the economic crisis, Claude Corbon decided to transform the company into a producer. Since 2006, he has been joined by his daughter Agnes, and together they develop and refine his project of Champagne without filtrations and blends, with no added additives and a minimum of three years of aging before being marketed. All of this aims to obtain a lively, sincere, and natural wine, with a strong personality and character. An exquisite champagne with a refined and unique bouquet that will amaze and move you.
