A light and elegant rosé wine, with intense floral aromas of peach blossoms and Mediterranean scrub, fresh hints of apple and citrus. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and persuasive, with excellent persistence and an articulated structure, with a long and persistent finish.

'San Giò Bianco' by Poggio L'Apparita is the latest addition to this label. Toscana IGT from pure Sangiovese grapes, vinified in white. With a particularly delicate yellow-pink hue, it is a fresh, citrusy, refined and aromatic wine, it is very refreshing but also rich and rightly savory: it gives an unusual taste length for a white.
