The production of sweet wine is very delicate and requires more effort than the others that already starts from the vineyard, capable of preserving the spirit of the grape. The main difference with the so-called normal wines is the amount of sugar present in them. In other words, there is residual sugar that does not dissolve in the fermentation phase turning into alcohol, but transfers all the sweetness to the drink. A wine is defined as sweet when the sugar exceeds the limit of 45 g / l. On the contrary, quantities of sugar between 12 and 45 g / l will define a lovable wine.
