Alto Adige Riserva DOC Pinot Blanc 'Vorberg' 2023 (750 ml.) Terlan

The Pinot Blanc Riserva Vorberg 2023 by Terlan originates from vineyards located between 500 and 900 meters above sea level, on porphyry soils that impart the wine’s distinctive minerality and marked salinity. The 2023 vintagestands out for its balance and aromatic precision, revealing notes of yellow apple, ripe pear, citrus, delicate floral tones, and alpine herbs. A slow fermentation in oak barrels followed by about 12 months of ageing on the lees with regular bâtonnage enriches the wine’s texture, creaminess, and aromatic depth. Further bottle ageing refines its harmony and elegance. Excellent with fish, shellfish, white meats, and refined vegetarian dishes, it is a white wine of exceptional finesse and remarkable ageing potential.
