Alto Adige Bianco DOC 'Terlaner Cuvee' 2024 (750 ml.) Terlan

The Terlaner Cuvée 2024 Alto Adige Bianco DOC reflects a vintage marked by sunny days and cool, breezy nights, fostering slow grape ripening and a rich aromatic profile with vibrant acidity. This historic blend from Cantina Terlan combines Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc grown on mineral-rich porphyry soils, typical of Terlano, imparting structure and finesse. Vinification in steel is followed by extended aging on fine lees, enhancing complexity, creaminess, and longevity. The glass reveals aromas of green apple, ripe citrus, peach, and alpine herbs, with mineral hints. The palate is harmonious, elegant, and persistent. Ideal with raw seafood, grilled fish, vegetarian dishes, and fresh cheeses.
