The Sauvignon Blanc from Isolabella della Croce is an excellent white wine with a strong character. It comes from the highest vineyard of the estate, cultivated at 540m s.l.m., characterized by significant temperature variations in August and September. The must is transferred to the Vinooxygen® vinification tank, which allows all phases to be carried out without ever transferring the wine until bottling, in order to preserve all its aromas and minimize the use of sulfites. Marked scents of white flowers are followed by notes of exotic fruit. Fresh, mineral, and savory as befits a high hillside wine with good structure and persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, alongside typically savory dishes, or for a fish-based meal.

THE WINE
The Sauvignon Blanc from Isolabella della Croce is an excellent white wine that presents a strong character. It comes from the highest vineyard of the estate, cultivated at 540m s.l.m., characterized by significant temperature variations in August and September. The must is transferred to the Vinooxygen® vinifier, which allows all phases to be carried out without ever transferring the wine until bottling, in order to preserve all its aromas and minimize the use of sulfites. Marked notes of white flowers, followed by hints of exotic fruit. Fresh, mineral, savory as befits a high hill wine of good structure and persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, paired with typically savory dishes or for a fish-based meal.
THE COMPANY

The company is born from the passion of the Isolabella della Croce family for Loazzolo, an enchanting village nestled in a natural amphitheater at over 500 m. s.l.m. The vines are immersed in the woods and thus protected from the scorching summer heat, with nights providing temperature variations of up to fifteen degrees. The main production focuses on the Barbera grape, expressed in the two DOCG of Nizza and Barbera d'Asti Superiore. The Moscato d'Asti also finds its natural expression in these places, alongside two internationally styled wines, such as Pinot Noir and Sauvignon, which the company has focused on in recent years.
