The estate’s philosophy is to craft wines authentic and environmentally respectful, enhancing terroir purity. 100% Chardonnay, aged 9 months in steel, shows aromas of white flowers, hazelnut, and walnut, with fine acidity, minerality, and elegant structure. Perfect with fish, shellfish, white meats, and fresh goat cheese, only 6,000 bottles made.

THE COMPANY
Stephane Brocard, son of Jean Marc Brocard, a renowned winemaker from Chablis, settled in Marsannay, in the north of the Côte de Nuits, in 2007. Here he founded Maison Stephane Brocard and his brand of hand-selected wines, Closerie des Alisiers. In addition to his work in his vineyards in Pommard and the old village of Daix, he has been working for years with the same grape growers and on the same lands for the wines he produces.
His philosophy is to produce genuine and authentic wines with the utmost respect for the environment. He seeks purity, fruit, and freshness. The range includes regional, village, Cru, and Grand Cru appellations from Burgundy, spanning from Chablis to Mâconnais, passing through many of the top appellations of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Stéphane Brocard aims to highlight the terroirs through the varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
Recently, he also introduced a selection of organic wines. His company has obtained organic farming certification.
Closérie des Alisiers owns 2 hectares in Pommard and Daix (north of the Côte de Nuits). For the production of wines under the Closérie des Alisiers label, he has several partners in production for the different appellations.
