The Trentodoc Riserva Dosaggio Zero 'Oro Rosso' from Cembra Cantina di Montagna is deep and creamy, a precious fruit of a territorial vocation that has shaped the rugged slopes of the Valley of Cembra into a natural painting of rare beauty. It is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in porphyritic soils, the so-called Red Gold of the valley dwellers, a rock that imparts extraordinary sapidity, minerality, and persistence. It undergoes aging on the lees for about 6 months in stainless steel tanks and disgorgement after at least 48 months of aging in the bottle. The perlage is dense, fine, and persistent. Notes of ripe yellow fruit are followed by elegant hints of barley and pastry. On the palate, it expresses extraordinary verticality, minerality, and sapidity.

Cembra

In the heart of Trentino, amidst the majestic peaks and breathtaking landscapes of the Dolomites, lies the Winery Cembra, a gem nestled among the mountains. Here, viticulture reaches altitudes that challenge nature, producing wines that are the essence of freshness and minerality. Cembra is a name that resonates throughout the valleys for its dedication to producing white wines that capture the pure essence of these unspoiled lands.
The territory of Trentino is a mosaic of microclimates and intertwining soils, offering ideal conditions for cultivating varieties such as Müller Thurgau and Pinot Noir. The winery has specialized in these grapes, skillfully transforming them into wines that tell stories of altitude and verticality, with an elegance that only mountain air can bestow. The Müller Thurgau Zeveri, in particular, represents the flagship of Cembra's production: a wine that exudes intense aromatic notes and a freshness reminiscent of the wind among the peaks.
The production philosophy of Cembra is a hymn to nature and its unspoiled beauty. With a respectful and sensitive approach, the winery embraces practices that enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the grapes, never forcing nature's hand. The result is labels that speak of authenticity and offer a unique sensory experience, capable of transporting those who taste them on a journey through the paths and rocks of Trentino.
Let yourself be seduced by the mountain wines of Cembra on Vino45 and discover the incredible freshness and minerality that only these altitudes can offer. An invitation to explore the purity and verticality that define the identity of this extraordinary winery.
