The Franciacorta Satèn 'Ricciolina' from Terre d’Aenòr is the typical expression of Franciacorta, made from 100% Chardonnay vineyards. It is characterized by good drinkability due to its lower effervescence. It takes its name from the Ricciolina vineyard and is a tribute to the integrity of the fruit. Only perfectly intact grapes from the sunniest plots are harvested to compose the Cuvée: here more advanced ripening is achieved, along with the formation of more fragrant aromas in the skins. On the nose, it presents elegant and pronounced notes of ripe fruit with citrus returns, as well as floral tones and hints of dry pastry; on the palate, it is soft, fresh, and seductive. Ideal with fish-based appetizers or traditional platters. Excellent with delicate first courses, fried fish, and white meats.

THE COMPANY

Terre d’Aenòr was born as an innovative, young, modern project that will lead to the realization of a new winery in Franciacorta, in Provaglio d’Iseo. In the meantime, a functional winery has been set up, equipped with all the most modern equipment, in a property structure, also in Provaglio d’Iseo. Terre d’Aenòr covers 42 hectares and is estimated to have a production capacity of 300,000 bottles per year.
The company uses a 100% pure organic method, both in the vineyard and in the winery during the vinification phase, and only grapes from its own vineyards are used. Terre d’Aenòr is a new winery but can rely on the forty years of experience of the technical manager, Ermes Vianelli, who oversees all the agronomic and oenological aspects of the project, along with a team of young people who collaborate with him. The owner of the winery is Eleonora Bianchi, a young woman who has decided to embrace this entrepreneurial challenge, with the desire to launch a new project focused on quality excellence and innovation, marked by a distinctive personality.
