Amarone della Valpolicella Classico by Clementi is made in the Masua hill vineyard in Marano in the most historic and voked area for cultivation. Since 2017 the family adheres to the 'RRR' protocol for complete eco-sustainability. The grapes selected and collected by hand at the end of September, and remain to air in Plateaux until February. Vinified in steel, it is travailed 5-6 times, then it is put to rest first in French oak barrels for about 3 years. It is then bottled 4-5 years later. The Amarone has an intense ruby red, with a bouquet of red and black fruit, mature, plum jam, cherry and perfumes of dried fruit and marasca, which are added spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. For its uniqueness it is considered a great meditation wine.
