Amarone della Valpolicella Classico by Clementi is made in the Masua hill vineyard in Marano in the most historic and voked area for cultivation. Since 2017 the family adheres to the 'RRR' protocol for complete eco-sustainability. The grapes selected and collected by hand at the end of September, and remain to air in Plateaux until February. Vinified in steel, it is travailed 5-6 times, then it is put to rest first in French oak barrels for about 3 years. It is then bottled 4-5 years later. The Amarone has an intense ruby red, with a bouquet of red and black fruit, mature, plum jam, cherry and perfumes of dried fruit and marasca, which are added spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. For its uniqueness it is considered a great meditation wine.

Clementi
Nestled among the steep slopes of Valtellina, in Lombardy, the Clementi winery is a small treasure of authenticity and family passion. Here, the history of wine is inextricably intertwined with tradition, in an enchanting mountain setting that holds the secrets of Nebbiolo, known locally as Chiavennasca. It is in this unique terroir, kissed by the sun and caressed by the Alpine winds, that the Clementi family cultivates its vineyards with dedication, perpetuating an ancient knowledge.
The family-run winery embodies the essence of the Valtellina winemaking tradition, putting into practice winemaking techniques passed down from generation to generation. The result is wines that speak the language of the territory, authentically expressing the DOCG Valtellina Superiore. Here, Nebbiolo is transformed into a nectar of rare elegance, characterized by a complex structure and aromas that evoke the fragrances of the mountain: notes of berries, spices and a light hint of violet.
Among the winery's main labels, Valtellina Superiore stands out for its ability to tell the story of the place, combining the strength of tradition with the finesse of a wine that knows how to age gracefully. Every sip is a sensory journey through the Lombard valleys, an experience that brings to mind images of terraced vineyards and expert hands at work.
