Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 'Rialzi' 2016 (750 ml.) Marchesi Frescobaldi

Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 'Rialzi' by Frescobaldi is the maximum expression of Sangiovese in the Chianti area. A pure Sangiovese that comes from the best grapes of the estate, those of the Rialzi vineyard, which has always produced grapes with particularly rich and intense aromas. The wine ages for 36 months in wood, 24 of which in barrique, and completes the refinement process with a few months in the bottle. The long aging in wood allows the wine to mature perfectly and to express rich and complex aromas. Bouquet of small berries, ripe cherries, hints of spice, floral nuances. Complex and enveloping, rich taste and dense and evolved tannin. The closure is pleasantly fresh and very persistent. Ideal with grilled meats or game dishes.

Frescobaldi

frescobaldi_870x360.jpg

Nestled in the beautiful Tuscan lands, where time seems to have stopped to celebrate the beauty of nature and the art of winemaking, the Frescobaldi winery tells a story that spans generations. It is one of the oldest wine families in Italy, with roots that sink into a past rich in tradition and innovation. With a presence that embraces the most prestigious denominations of Tuscany, such as the DOCG Chianti, Brunello and Bolgheri, Frescobaldi stands out for a modern approach that, however, never forgets to respect the history and terroir that surrounds it.

The Frescobaldi estates are a mosaic of winemaking excellence, where each vineyard is cared for with dedication and love for the land. Here, under the warm Tuscan sun, Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are born, each an expression of a unique territory and an unparalleled savoir-faire. Frescobaldi's production philosophy is a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, where ancient wisdom blends with the most modern winemaking techniques to create wines with a distinctive and unmistakable character.

Among the labels that make up Frescobaldi's prestigious portfolio, Nipozzano and CastelGiocondo stand out, two wines that embody the essence of Tuscany. Nipozzano, with its enveloping structure and intense aromas, is the perfect companion for those who wish to explore the depth of Tuscan wines. CastelGiocondo, on the other hand, is a Brunello di Montalcino with a refined and complex character, capable of recounting, sip after sip, the magic of a legendary territory.

Let yourself be won over by the elegance and mastery of Frescobaldi wines, available on Vino45. An invitation to discover a world where history, innovation and passion for wine intertwine in an unparalleled sensory experience.
