The vines are 35 years old. The grapes are vinified separately, of which 7% is aged in barrel. No filtration or pressing. The aging on the lees lasts for 4 years. Bouquet of fruity notes of berries and red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, with light citrus and floral notes, finishing with notes of yeast and light spice. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with hints of red fruits and light citrus notes, followed by floral notes of violet and finishing with yeast and spices. Intense, balanced, and persistent. Annual production 1,580 bottles.
