Alsace AOC Sylvaner Reserve Bio 2023 (750 ml.) Jean Sipp

The Domaine Jean Sipp produces this organic Pinot Blanc 2023 in Ribeauvillé and Hunawihr, at the heart of Alsace. The 2023 vintage, fresh and balanced, ensured even ripening with precise aromas and lively acidity. The 25-year-old vines, planted between 180 and 360 m a.s.l. on clay-limestone soils facing south and southwest, provide elegance and minerality. Yields of 50 hl/ha, with manual harvest and careful selection. After soft pressing within 2 hours of picking, the must slowly ferments in cement tanks at controlled temperature and ages 12 months on fine lees in stainless steel. In the glass, it is fresh, harmonious and floral, with white-fleshed fruit notes. Perfect with fish, shellfish, white meats and vegetarian dishes. Annual production: 10,000 bottles.

Domaine Jean Sipp

In the heart of Alsace, a land of extraordinary beauty and winemaking tradition, the Domaine Jean Sipp represents a beacon of authenticity and oenological mastery. This historic Alsace winery is surrounded by a landscape of rolling hills and vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see, a unique terroir that gives the wines an unmistakable personality. The origins of the Domaine date back to generations of winemakers who have managed to combine tradition and innovation, always placing quality excellence at the center.

The heart of the production of the Domaine Jean Sipp is located in the prestigious AOC Alsace, a designation that evokes aromatic whites of rare precision and consistency. The cultivated grapes, including the noble varieties of Riesling and Gewürztraminer, are the result of a territory that promotes slow ripening, allowing for the development of complex aromatic profiles and unparalleled nuances.

Among the main labels, the Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg stands out as an authentic masterpiece. This wine embodies the elegance and depth typical of the best Alsace Rieslings, offering hints of white flowers, citrus, and a minerality that evolves gracefully over time. Each sip is a journey through the nuances of the terroir, an experience that fascinates and captivates the palate.

We invite all wine enthusiasts to discover on Vino45 the extraordinary labels of the Domaine Jean Sipp. A unique opportunity to be carried away by the magic of Alsatian whites, where tradition, territory, and passion merge into a perfect blend of taste and history.
