The Gewürztraminer by Gilfenstein is crafted in Alto Adige from vines trained in the Pergola Trentina system, growing on sandy, porphyry-rich soils at 300 meters above sea level. This unique terroir, combined with controlled-atmosphere vinification, enhances the intense aromatics typical of the variety. On the nose, it reveals a rich and harmonious bouquet with fruity notes of lychee, mango, and lemongrass, complemented by spicy hints of clove. The palate mirrors the aromatic structure, offering a fresh, fruity, and mineral profile, supported by vibrant acidity. The finish is round and persistent, delivering balance and finesse. An elegant, distinctive white wine, ideal with Asian cuisine, shellfish, spicy dishes, or blue cheeses.

THE COMPANY
Gilfenstein was born with the aim of selecting the best of the South Tyrolean winemaking and culinary tradition directly in the area. It is a project that has involved many years of research and professional meetings, developing important partnerships. Gilfenstein has signed a pact that has a single direction: the absolute quality of what it creates and the search for a unique product that represents the exact expression of the production territory.
