The Gewürztraminer from Gilfenstein originates in South Tyrol from vines cultivated in Trentino Pergola on sandy soils of porphyry origin, at an altitude of 300 meters. This unique terroir, combined with winemaking in a controlled atmosphere, enhances the intense aromaticity typical of the grape variety. The olfactory profile is rich and enveloping, with fruity notes of lychee, mango, and lemongrass, accompanied by spicy hints of cloves. On the palate, the same aromatic structure is found, with a fresh, fruity, and mineral taste, supported by a lively acidity. The finish is round and persistent, providing balance and finesse. An elegant and characteristic white, perfect with Asian cuisine, shellfish, spicy dishes, or blue cheeses.
