Gewürztraminer by Gilfenstein is made from vines grown in Pergola Trentina on sandy soils of porphyritic origin at a height of 300 meters above sea level, in Alto Adige. Once ripe, the bunches are processed in a controlled atmosphere to preserve their aromatic component which is very strong in this vine. The unmistakable aromatic structure of this wine also appears on the palate, where the fresh fruity flavor and lively acidity, accompanied by mineral notes, leave a round and persistent aftertaste. On the nose, light spicy nuances of cloves and fruity notes of lychee, mango and lemongrass give the wine harmony and persistence.
