Alto Adige Riserva DOC Pinot Blanc 'Vorberg' 2021 (750 ml.) Terlan

The Pinot Bianco Riserva Vorberg 2021 from Terlan comes from vineyards at 500–900 meters on porphyry soils that give marked mineral savoriness. The 2021 vintage produced fresh, long-lived wines with aromas of apple, pear, citrus, and alpine herbs. Vinification involves slow fermentation in oak barrels and long aging on the lees for about 12 months with regular bâtonnage, enhancing structure and amplifying creaminess and aromatic depth. Further bottle aging consolidates elegance. Ideal with fish, shellfish, white meats, and refined vegetarian cuisine, it is a white with great aging potential.
