Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Organic (750 ml.) Nino Franco

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut by Nino Franco is made from Glera grapes grown on the steep hillsides of Valdobbiadene, where the cool microclimate and optimal exposure ensure freshness and aromatic finesse. After gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, it undergoes secondary fermentation in autoclave using the Charmat method, preserving fragrance and vibrancy. On the nose, it offers aromas of green apple, pear, white flowers and citrus, with a delicate mineral touch. The palate is lively, dry and harmonious, with fine, persistent bubbles. Perfect as an aperitif and with seafood starters, shellfish, sushi, crispy vegetables and light Mediterranean dishes.

Nino Franco

In the heart of Veneto, in Valdobbiadene, lies the winery Nino Franco, a name that resonates with authority in the world of Prosecco. Founded over a century ago, this historic establishment has left an indelible mark on the Italian wine scene, becoming synonymous with excellence and refinement. The Franco family has always believed in the potential of Prosecco, elevating it from a simple sparkling wine to the undisputed protagonist of Italian bubbles, with a touch of elegance and a minerality that distinguishes it.

The hills of Valdobbiadene, with their rich soils and mild climate, host the vineyards of the winery, where the Glera variety reigns supreme. Here, nature and the skilled hands of the winemakers come together in a harmonious embrace, giving life to wines that authentically express the character of the territory. The production philosophy of Nino Franco is a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, an approach that respects the land and its peculiarities while being open to new technologies and more advanced methods.

The Prosecco Primo Franco, the emblem of the winery, is a hymn to freshness and finesse. This wine, with its floral and fruity notes, represents a sensory journey into the heart of Veneto. A lively and sophisticated bubble that tells the story of a family and a land, capable of enchanting with its persistence and elegance.
