Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 'Tenuta Greppo' 2018 (750 ml.) Biondi Santi

The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG “Tenuta Greppo” 2018 by Biondi Santi is crafted from pure Sangiovese Grosso “BBS11”, hand-harvested from historic vineyards and vinified in cement tanks with spontaneous fermentation. It undergoes 36 months of ageing in Slavonian oak casks followed by a long bottle refinement, ensuring elegance and longevity. The bright ruby red colour reveals aromas of black cherry, dried rose, candied citrus and aromatic herbs, with hints of tobacco and fine spices. The palate is harmonious, fresh and enveloping, with silky tannins and a savory, mineral finish of remarkable persistence. Perfect with game, braised meats and aged cheeses, it promises extraordinary cellar ageing potential.
