Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 'Vigna Marrucheto' 2018 (750 ml.) Castello Banfi

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG “Vigna Marrucheto” 2018 Castello Banfi comes from three selected parcels of the historic Marrucheto vineyard. Made from 100% Sangiovese, it reflects the refined character of the 2018 vintage, marked by balanced and slightly cooler conditions that enhanced aromatic precision, freshness, and elegance. Careful vinificationfollowed by long oak and bottle ageing adds depth and harmony. On the nose it shows red plum, ripe cherry, white peach, delicate spices, and subtle balsamic notes. The palate is full-bodied and vibrant, with silky tannins, balanced structure, and a long, persistent finish. Ideal with structured and aromatic dishes, red meats, and game, it is also perfect as a meditation wine with excellent ageing potential.
