It is a pure Pinot Noir harvested by hand with bunch selection, and it matures in French oak barriques, using both new and used wood for 12-18 months, and then it is bottled without being filtered. The bouquet is intense with notes of dark berries such as blackberry and cherry, followed by earthy and smoky notes with fresh balsamic hints and slightly spicy undertones. Elegant and fine, with velvety tannins and intense fruity aromas.

THE COMPANY
What began in 1988 as a small family winery has become, 32 years later, a 6.7-hectare vineyard between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. François Legros cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Today, the Nuits Saint Georges estate is still family-run and continues to promote modernity, authenticity, and know-how. Sustainably grown and carefully hand-harvested, the vines produce wines that make both experienced and novice enthusiasts happy, renowned, and appreciated.
