THE COMPANY
The name of Giuseppe Quintarelli has been a guiding light in the Valpolicella for years, representing the quintessence of a territory that is now rightly recognized as one of the most prestigious in Italian winemaking.
In the Negrar valley, twelve hectares of vineyards, where the indigenous varieties of corvina, corvinone, rondinella, and molinara meet, produce about 50,000 bottles annually. We are talking about an ancient story, which began in the early 1900s with Silvio Quintarelli, then continued, from the mid-century, in the name of tradition and the utmost quality rigor with his youngest son, “Bepi,” now an undisputed master of Amarone. Born from a deep respect for nature and a rigorous selection of the grapes, those of Quintarelli are wines with a capital “V,” labels that embody important centuries-old expertise and unique awareness, which year after year are put into practice, both in the vineyards and in the techniques of drying and cellar practices. But it doesn't stop there: those of Quintarelli are also wines that surprise with their great vitality, a characteristic that, as if that weren't enough, makes them naturally predisposed to very long aging, during which they improve enormously, expressing themselves for a long time even after the bottle is opened.
