Grappa di Barolo 20 Anni by Marolo - Distilleria Santa Teresa, made from a long journey that began in the 1970s, the period in which Paolo Marolo began producing artisanal distillates with small steam boilers. The production process can count on a raw material of absolute quality, consisting of fresh and fragrant Nebbiolo grape pomace, coming from Barolo vinifications carried out by local wineries. Distillate with good softness and moderate sweetness, matured for 20 years in small oak and acacia barrels. Exceptional spicy aromas, with very clear notes of pepper, cloves, nutmeg, tobacco, anise and liquorice. Fruity aromas of jam, fruit in syrup, cooked apple, dried plum, raisins, almond and walnut.
