Gin 'Clandestino' by Mistico Speziale takes us back to the times of Prohibition, when alcoholic drinks could only be consumed in illegal bars called speakeasies. This all-Italian compound gin pays homage to the flavors of the era, but with the added quality of Italian experience in distillation and the use of high-quality raw materials. Most of the botanicals are grown directly in the fields adjacent to the Mistico Speziale distillery, in a completely natural way. The dry and resinous notes of juniper perfectly balance with the spicy notes of coriander, combined with the balsamic and floral notes of cardamom and sweet flag, along with a fresh and unmistakable citrus touch. A complex gin, very aromatic, yet well-structured, excellent both neat and in cocktails.

The production philosophy of Mistico Speziale is based on a deep respect for botanical tradition, where herbs, spices, and citrus fruits blend into a harmony of scents and flavors. The process of selecting raw materials is meticulous and passionate, with particular attention paid to the quality and purity of each ingredient. Each distillate is the result of knowledge passed down from generation to generation, enriched by a touch of innovative boldness that makes each label produced unique.
Among the jewels of its production, the Gin and Amari stand out, true works of liquid art. The Gin from Mistico Speziale is a triumph of freshness and complexity, with notes ranging from vibrant citrus to the deeper nuances of spices. The agricultural company Mistico Speziale was founded in 2010 from an idea by Saverio Denti, who, right after graduating in Herbal Techniques, decided to put into practice what he learned at university by starting his own business. At just 26 years old, he began producing medicinal herbs on a piece of land owned by his family and soon after built the laboratory in Roncadella, where the harvested plants are turned into infusions and distillates. Among these is Absinthe, the liquor of the Poets, the company's flagship product to which Saverio dedicated his thesis. The staff expanded with the arrival of his sister Valentina, and over time the range of products has become increasingly broader. Today, the offerings include numerous liquors: from the traditional Nocino and Limoncello to the sophisticated Pastis, Oriental Spice Elixir, Cocoa Mint Liqueur, and many others.
