THE HOUSE

Halfway between Reims and Epernay, the capital of Champagne, the House Fabrice Moreau is located in Marfaux in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Natural Park, more precisely in the Ardre Valley, which offers excellent conditions for the cultivation of the three Champagne grape varieties. Their vineyard spans 23 plots, almost all located in the village of Marfaux, the vines are planted on the southern slope of the hill, and each carries its own name, often evocative such as "Les Gotte d’oro." The majority of the historic grape variety cultivated in their terroir is Pinot Meunier, valued for its fruity and rich taste that forms the basis of their cuvées. They also cultivate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which allow them to offer a varied range of Champagne.
Champagne Fabrice Moreau is the result of the work and involvement of an entire family. Adrien Moreau has been continuing the business since 2018, respecting the values he has received and relying on his previous professional experiences, with the aim of progressively evolving the family business. The implementation of innovative, more environmentally friendly viticultural practices as well as optimal winemaking techniques are his priorities as the new generation of this historic Champagne-producing family.
Respect for the environment is a priority for the production of this house. Certified with High Environmental Value, their sustainable viticulture in Champagne follows the approach of "living soils" to minimize the carbon footprint of their business.
