THE WINE
The Muscaris by Col Paré is a PiWi (Pilzwiderstandfähig, resistant to fungal diseases) wine made from pure Muscaris grapes. It is produced in only 6 hectares of vineyard where the company vinifies exclusively its own harvest. Fresh and extremely pleasant, it pairs very well with fish dishes and aromatic dishes, even sweet ones with creams.
THE COMPANY

Col Paré is situated among the UNESCO World Heritage hills, in the small village of Arfanta, a hamlet of the municipality of Tarzo. The company was founded in 1986 when grandfather Domenico, a lifelong grape grower on these “banks,” decided to personally vinify the produced grapes, passionately creating wines characterized by a strong identity. Since then, the company has constantly evolved and updated thanks to son Aldo first, and now continues with grandson Andrea, who adds entrepreneurial skills and technical knowledge to the ever-remembered passion for these beautiful hills. The company consists of about 10 hectares of vineyard and exclusively vinifies its own harvest. From the work in the vineyard to bottling, every phase of production is followed with passion to ensure the highest quality of the product for the consumer. In addition to good wine, which you can taste in our cellar, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama from here, with a thousand shades in every month of the year, an ideal place to spend serene and relaxing weekends and, for enthusiasts, to take beautiful walks among vineyards, meadows, and chestnut groves.
