Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 'Westport' 21 Years 1999 (700 ml. boxed) The Whisky Cellar

The Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 'Westport' 1999 21 Years by The Whisky Cellar is part of the highly selected and exclusive 'Private Cellars Selection'. This light and very appealing whisky originates from the Westport distillery in the Highlands. Aged for 21 years in an American Oak Hogshead, it was distilled in March 1999 and bottled in August 2020. It is a whisky 'tea-spooned': a teaspoon from a specific distillery has been added to a cask containing distillate from another distillery, resulting in blended whisky, which is 99% Highland Single Malt. Aromas of heather honey, lemon flowers, and ripe yellow plums. On the palate, it is delightfully light and gently sweet, with a soft and persistent finish. Only 164 bottles have been produced.
