Trento DOC Perlè Millesimato 2019 Ferrari is born from a careful selection of mountain Chardonnay, cultivated between 400 and 700 meters on the sun-drenched slopes of Trentino. It is the vintage Trentodoc that best embodies the art and elegance Ferrari, thanks to the rigorous Metodo Classico and a yeast aging of as much as 5 years, followed by further refinement in the bottle. On the nose, there are notes of white flowers, citrus, ripe yellow fruit, with hints of toasted hazelnut and bread crust. The palate is fine, dynamic, and enveloping, with an elegant tasting finish in a unique crescendo leading to a long and mineral finish, offering evolving emotions. A wonderful wine, perfect with raw seafood, shellfish, delicate risottos, and gourmet dishes.

THE WINE

Trento DOC Perlè Millesimato 2019 Ferrari is born from a careful selection of mountain Chardonnay, grown between 400 and 700 meters on the sun-drenched slopes of Trentino. It is the Trentodoc vintage that best embodies the art and elegance of Ferrari, thanks to the rigorous Metodo Classico and an impressive 5 years maturation on the lees, followed by further aging in the bottle. On the nose, there are notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, ripe yellow fruit, with hints of toasted hazelnut and bread crust. The palate is refined, dynamic, and enveloping, with an elegant taste progression in a unique crescendo leading to a long and mineral finish, delivering evolving emotions. A wonderful wine, perfect with sea crudo, shellfish, delicate risottos, and gourmet dishes.
THE COMPANY

A winery that needs no introduction, whose legend was born thanks to the intuition of a man, Giulio Ferrari, and his dream of creating a wine in Trentino that could compete with the best French Champagnes. A true pioneer, he was the first to realize the extraordinary potential of his land, and the first to introduce Chardonnay in Italy. Thus, he began producing a limited number of selected bottles with an obsessive commitment to quality. Wines that quickly captured the hearts of the most discerning enthusiasts who, until then, had never found such elegant, fine, and surprising sparkling wines in Italy. However, not having children, Giulio Ferrari sought a successor to entrust his dream. Among many candidates, he chose Bruno Lunelli, owner of a famous wine shop in Trento. Thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno quickly managed to increase production without ever compromising on quality, following the same path laid out by the founder. The tradition continues, and Bruno Lunelli passes on the passion to his children: under the guidance of Franco, Gino, and Mauro, Ferrari becomes a leader in Italy and the quintessential Italian toast. In these years, some labels destined to enter history see the light: they are the Ferrari Rosé, the Ferrari Perlé, and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore. Today, over a hundred years later, Ferrari is synonymous with the best Italian sparkling wines. Unique wines, true anthems to the greatness of an unparalleled winery and a territory, that of Trento, which has proven capable of offering some of the best bubbles in the world.
