Trento DOC Brut "Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore" 2015 is the absolute icon of elegance and longevity of Casa Ferrari, obtained from only Chardonnay grapes grown in the best mountain vineyards, at over 500 meters altitude. The harvest is strictly manual, followed by winemaking according to the Classic Method and a very long aging on the lees for over 10 years, which shapes its unique profile. The bouquet is wide and layered, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus, saffron, honey, flint, and toasted hazelnuts. The sip is creamy, vibrant, and enveloping, with a tense freshness, an extraordinary taste depth, and an incredibly long and salty finish, making it an outstanding representative of Trentodoc. A masterpiece of Italian winemaking, perfect for special occasions and high-end culinary pairings.

THE COMPANY

A winery that needs no introduction, whose myth was born thanks to the intuition of a man, Giulio Ferrari, and the dream of creating a wine in Trentino capable of competing with the best French Champagnes. A true pioneer, he was indeed the first to sense the extraordinary vocation of his land, the first to spread Chardonnay in Italy. This is how he began producing a few selected bottles with an obsessive cult for quality. Wines that immediately captured the hearts of the most demanding enthusiasts who had never found such elegant, refined, and surprising sparkling wines in Italy. However, not having children, Giulio Ferrari looked for a successor to whom to entrust his dream. Among many candidates, he chose Bruno Lunelli, owner of a famous wine shop in Trento. Thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno quickly managed, in the early 1950s, to increase production without ever compromising on quality, following the same path established by the founder. The tradition continues, and Bruno Lunelli passes on his passion to his children: under the guidance of Franco, Gino, and Mauro, Ferrari becomes a leader in Italy and the quintessential Italian toast. In these years, several labels destined to make history emerge: the Ferrari Rosé, the Ferrari Perlé, and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore. Today, over a hundred years later, Ferrari is synonymous with the best Italian sparkling wines. Unique wines, true hymns to the greatness of an unparalleled winery and a territory, that of Trento, which has proven capable of offering some of the best bubbles in the world.
