THE HOUSE

Halfway between Reims and Epernay, the capital of Champagne, the house Fabrice Moreau is located in Marfaux in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Natural Park, more precisely in the Ardre Valley, which offers excellent conditions for growing the three Champagne grape varieties. Their vineyard spans 23 plots, almost all located in the village of Marfaux, with vines planted on the southern slope of the hill, and each plot has its own name, often evocative such as "Les Gotte d’oro." The most historically cultivated grape variety in their terroir is Pinot Meunier, valued for its fruity and rich taste that forms the basis of their cuvées. They also grow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, allowing them to offer a varied range of Champagnes.
Champagne Fabrice Moreau is the result of the work and involvement of an entire family. Adrien Moreau has continued the business since 2018, respecting the values he has received and relying on his previous professional experiences, with the goal of progressively evolving the family business. Implementing innovative and environmentally friendly viticultural practices, along with optimal winemaking techniques, is his priority as the new generation of this historic Champagne-producing family.
Respect for the environment is a priority for this house, certified for High Environmental Value and sustainable viticulture in Champagne, following the "living soils" approach to minimize the carbon footprint of its business.
