The Champagne Rosé Vintage 2009 Dom Pérignon enchants with its intimate and caressing character, a true embodiment of the harvest. After a harsh winter and a warm yet rainy spring, the sunny summer ensured ideal ripening, with the harvest starting on 12 September in perfect conditions. The blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and the long lees aging enhance intensity and depth. The bouquet reveals rose and red fruit aromas, followed by hints of gingerbread and licorice. The palate is soft and rounded, then opens into a vibrant heart where the fruit is majestic, fleshy, and consistent. The savory notes merge into elegant persistence, ideal with shellfish, smoked salmon, and haute cuisine dishes.

Dom Pérignon

Set in the history and myth of the world's most celebrated region, Champagne, the winery Dom Pérignon is synonymous with timeless luxury and elegance. Each bottle tells a story of innovation and perfection, a journey that began centuries ago with a visionary monk, Dom Pierre Pérignon, who dreamed of creating "the best wine in the world." Today, this winery keeps its legend alive by producing exclusively vintage cuvées, a tribute to the best harvest years when the grapes reach extraordinary maturity.
The terroir of Champagne, with its chalky soil and unique climate, gives Dom Pérignon wines an unmistakable personality. Here, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes come together in a perfect harmony, creating wines that are a symphony of flavors and aromas. Each cuvée is a masterpiece of complexity and structure, where notes of ripe fruit intertwine with delicate hints of brioche, almond, and spices, offering an unparalleled sensory experience.
The Dom Pérignon Vintage is the jewel of the winery, a liquid emotion that embodies the art of winemaking and the mastery of those who know how to capture the magic of a vintage. With its fine and persistent bubbles, and a long and enveloping finish, each sip is an invitation to explore new dimensions of pleasure.

THE HOUSE

Dom Pérignon is only rare and Vintage. Each bottle is an authentic act of creation, made from the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes of a single harvest. Dom Pérignon reinvents itself each vintage and refuses compromises, forgoing the creation of a Vintage when the harvest does not meet expectations. It draws inspiration from the creative legacy of Dom Pierre Pérignon, a young Benedictine monk who was appointed cellar master of the Abbey of Hautvillers in 1668, overlooking the vineyards of Champagne: his passion for oenological excellence drove him to create the "best wine in the world" to serve his community and the glory of God. The House carries on his ambition, with a tension towards the search for Harmony as a source of emotion. Each Vintage Dom Pérignon gradually evolves, and during its maturation journey, it goes through moments of "Plénitude", temporal windows in which the Champagne expresses new and surprising aspects of the vintage. The first Plénitude is reached after no less than eight years of elaboration in the cellar: here is Dom Pérignon Vintage and Rosé Vintage, the age of Harmony. Plénitude 2, achieved after at least fifteen years of slow transformation in the cellars, is the elevation to the second life of Dom Pérignon: the expansion of Energy reaches its peak, the wine unfolds in all dimensions - broader, deeper, longer, more intense, and enriched by further longevity.
