Since the casks are different each time, the character of the product can constantly change. No caramel is added, so the color always corresponds to the cask from which it comes. It is aged only in the finest casks and bottled without cold filtration, so all the original flavors remain. Notes of vanilla cream, pears, kiwi, malt, maple syrup, oats, licorice, caramel, orange peel, light oak, and green apples. Limited production and numbered bottles.
