Trento DOC Riserva Brut "Perlé Nero" 2016 Ferrari is Ferrari’s first and only Blanc de Noirs, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir and the result of over forty years of research. Made from carefully selected grapes grown in the best estate-owned vineyards on the mountain slopes of Trentino, it is harvested by hand to ensure absolute quality. Produced using the Metodo Classico, it matures for over 6 years on the lees, offering a rarely fine perlage and a spectacular bouquet. The nose reveals tropical fruit, mineral notes, and toasted aromas, with an intriguing hint of peanut butter. The palate is sumptuous, framed by a sharp sapidity and citrusy freshness. The sip is full, smooth, and delicately almondy, leading to a majestic and lingering finish. Proudly unique and extraordinarily distinctive, it pairs beautifully with gourmet cuisine, refined white meats, or aged cheeses.
