Amaro 'Clandestino' by Mistico Speziale is handcrafted in small batches, through the natural maceration of over 25 botanicals in soft grain alcohol and spring water. Very fragrant, very balanced, with a predominantly herbaceous aroma, with many nuances ranging from balsamic to citrus, with a spicy finish. Designed not only as an end of a meal, but can also be used in mixing as a substitute for Vermouth. As with the other products in the 'Clandestino' line, most of the botanicals are grown directly in the land adjacent to the Mistico Speziale factory, in a completely natural way, and the liqueurs are left 'Unfiltered' to give a more intense and persistent aroma to the palate.

The bitter notes donated by Absinthe, Rhubarb, Juniper, Angelica, Helichrysum blend perfectly with the more herbaceous aroma of Sage, Melissa, Cedrina, Hyssop and Mint to then leave room for the citrus aromas of Bergamot, Lemon, Orange and Mandarin. accompanied by balsamic hints of exotic spices such as Cardamom, Cinnamon, Coffee and Nutmeg.
THE COMPANY
Mistico Speziale farm was founded in 2010 from an idea by Saverio Denti, who immediately after graduating in Herbal Techniques, decided to put into practice what he had learned at the University by founding his own company. At the age of 26 he began to produce medicinal herbs on a plot of land owned by the family and shortly after he built the laboratory in Roncadella, where the collected plants become infusions and distillates. Among these, Absinthe, the liqueur of the Poets, the flagship product of the company and to which Saverio had dedicated his degree thesis. The staff expands with the arrival of the sister Valentina in the company and over time the range of products becomes increasingly wider. Today the offer includes numerous liqueurs: from the traditional Nocino and Limoncello, to the refined Pastis, Elixir with Oriental Spices, Cocoa Mint Liqueur and many others.

Gin 'Clandestino' by Mistico Speziale takes us to the times of prohibition, when alcohol could only be consumed in illegal bars called speakeasies. The all-Italian compound gin harks back to the taste of the time, but with the added quality of the Italian experience in distillation and the use of quality raw materials. Most of the botanicals are grown directly in the land adjacent to the Mistico Speziale factory, in a completely natural way. The dry and resinous notes of juniper are perfectly balanced with the spicy ones of coriander, combined with the balsamic and floral notes of cardamom and aromatic calamus and a fresh and unmistakable citric touch. A complex gin, very aromatic, but well structured, excellent both in purity and in blending.

Gin 'Jin Q' by Mistico Speziale was made from the collaboration between Saverio Denti and Samuele Campanini, Jigger Spiriti and Cucina di Reggio Emilia cocktail bar. An Old Tom Gin cold compound method, in memory of the production of 18th century style gin, while celebrating the soul of Reggio in the local myth of the 'square head'. The label with Doctor Q with the square head wants to be the Reggio version of Lombroso. Straw yellow typical of unfiltered infusions. Fragrant and herbaceous, with a touch of sweetness typical of Old Tom gins and a floral and citrus hint.
