Toscana IGT Syrah 'Per Sempre' 2021 (750 ml.) Tua Rita

The Toscana IGT Syrah “Per Sempre” 2021 represents the pinnacle of Tua Rita’s production, a red wine of remarkable intensity and charm, crafted in very limited quantities. This hand-harvested Syrah, grown in the Tuscan Colline Metallifere in the Val di Cornia, thrives in a warm, breezy climate that enhances its ripeness and complexity. Vinified in steel and aged for 18 months in French oak barriques, it reveals aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, sour cherry, plum jam, elegant spicy nuances and toasted hints of coffee and blond tobacco. On the palate, it is dense and enveloping, with deep fruit, a fine, evolved tannic structure, and a finish marked by balanced freshness and the distinct minerality of its terroir. Perfect with game, braised meats and aged cheeses, it is a truly great Syrah with long ageing potential.
