Toscana Rosso 'Punta di Adine' by Bertinga produced in less than 7,000 bt. is a pure Sangiovese that best reflects the peculiarities of the terroir of Gaiole in Chianti. Manual harvesting of the bunches, fermentation in cement and aging in Austrian oak barrels for about 18 months followed by at least as many months in the bottle. A red with delicate notes of red fruit and small black berry fruit, such as cherry, plum, blackberry with hints of cedar, earth and tobacco. When tasted, the result is a balanced and complex wine to accompany meat and traditional Tuscan dishes.
Anatoly Korneev and Maxim Kashirin are known as the ambassadors of Italian wine in Russia, thanks to their import company, called Simple, which has been a leader in the sector for 25 years. In 2015, they realized their long-standing dream of becoming producers with the acquisition of three high-altitude vineyards in the surroundings of Gaiole in Chianti: La Porta di Vertine, Punta di Adine and Bertinga, the historic plot that also gave the name to their state-of-the-art cellar. Our ambassadors set out to create wines with a style that distinguishes them from the typical image of the Chianti Classico, to express what they describe as the unique nature of the territory: the single vineyard, a special plot, the cru. The result is four wines called Toscana IGT by choice and a recently introduced Chianti Classico.
