Truffles and wine: there is no single solution for pairing, the important thing is balance.

Neither taste should dominate the other, but both must work together to give joy to the palate. Some suggestions: choose a wine that is not structured, low tannic and not too aromatic, also choose a wine that also goes well with the other ingredients of the dish. We tried an excellent solution combining it with Gavi.
