Terre Siciliane IGT 'Bianco Pomice' 2021 (750 ml.) Tenuta di Castellaro

Bianco 'Pomice' is Tenuta di Castellaro's flagship white wine. Organic wine that expresses great aroma and elegance through a subtle and tasty brackish texture that makes it unique. An aroma that releases a great balance. It comes from a combination of two very different varieties, which marry perfectly and complement each other, enhanced by the volcanic soil of Lipari. The intoxicating aromas of Malvasia delle Lipari masterfully marry the fresh mineral caress of Carricante to create a taste where the concept of balance becomes the archetype of a complex Sicilian elegance.

Tenuta di Castellaro

In the heart of the fascinating Aeolian Islands, where the wind caresses the sea and the sun kisses the earth, stands the suggestive Tenuta di Castellaro. Here, among breathtaking landscapes and volcanic soils, the life of a winery unfolds that has chosen to embrace the nature and history of the Sicilian territory in all its expressions. The Aeolian Islands, with their unique characteristics, offer a perfect cradle for viticulture, and Tenuta di Castellaro takes full advantage of their potential, becoming the spokesperson for an oenology that enhances the minerality and personality of the native vines.

The production philosophy of Tenuta di Castellaro is a tribute to the land that hosts it: respectful and attentive, it aims to enhance natural resources and sustainability. The grapes grown, such as Malvasia, Carricante and Nero Ossidiano, find a perfect habitat here, giving life to wines that tell stories of lava and sea, of ancient traditions and modern innovations.

Among the main labels, Nero Ossidiano stands out, a wine that embodies the volcanic soul of the Aeolian Islands. With its strong character and mineral elegance, this wine is a sensory experience that transports those who taste it to the black rocks and white beaches of the islands. It is a wine that does not fear comparison, capable of surprising with its structure and complexity, offering notes of ripe fruit, spices and an unparalleled freshness.

Let yourself be seduced by the magic of Tenuta di Castellaro. Discover on Vino45 the labels that best embody the strength and beauty of the Aeolian Islands, an invitation to a journey through the flavors and aromas of an extraordinary land.
