'Cornelius' Riserva by Colterenzio is an elegant Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet, all in the spirit of the Alto Adige terroir and its wine culture. The wine is assembled and decanted into small oak barrels, destined to mature for 14 months before a period of aging in the bottle for a further 12 months. An excellence branded Colterenzio, these are wines produced with grapes from the best vineyards that, thanks to care, passion and refinement in barriques, are transformed into extremely complex and long-lasting tastings. It pairs well with meats, especially red meats, game, and mature cheeses.
