With the launch of “Gallina”, Ceretto enriches its prestigious Barbaresco collection with the new Gallina cru, coming from one of the most iconic vineyards of Neive, recently acquired. This site immediately showed an extraordinary expressive potential, so much so that Ceretto was pushed to present it on the market already from the first harvest, the 2021 vintage. Barbaresco Gallina 2021 stands out for its elegant and layered bouquet, where delicate floral notes intertwine with hints of undergrowth, wild red fruits and light spicy nuances. On the palate it is rich, structured but perfectly balanced: firm, chewy and at the same time refined. Ideal in combination with roast red meats, braised meats, mushroom-based dishes and mature cheeses. A wine that conquers for its depth, harmony and territorial identity, best expressing Ceretto's vision.
