Champagne Cuvée L'Oubliée Brut Nature by Roger Barnier is a 'Solera' cuvée also called 'reserve perpetuelle' which consists in adding the wines of the year in a blend of previous vintages. For the Oubliée, production began with the 2005 harvest with wines from the Perrier, les Bas Jardin and Clos Prieurs parcels. Blending of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The red berry reserve wines are kept in steel while the Chardonnay is kept in barriques. Minimum 24 months of stay on the lees and at least 4 months of rest after dégorgement. Characteristic and expressive bouquet that mixes dry pastries, dried straw and white pulp fruit. On the palate beautiful fullness, softness and freshness but also aromatic personality. Authentic style.
