Irpinia Falanghina DOC 2024 (750 ml.) Bellaria

Bellaria’s Falanghina is an authentic and refined white wine born in the heart of Irpinia, between the Partenio Parkand the Sabato and Calore valleys. Made from 100% Falanghina grapes, it is crafted using traditional natural practices, with no chemical interventions, to highlight the purity and territorial identity of the variety. Harvested manually at the end of September, only the healthiest clusters are selected. After a gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromas. It offers an intense and persistent bouquet with fruity notes and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and well-structured, with a pleasant minerality that enhances its freshness. A versatile and characterful wine, perfect with fish dishes, fresh cheeses, and white meats.
