Manzoni Bianco by Vignaiolo Fanti is an organic wine obtained from the grapes of the vine of the same name in the vineyard called Cros, Vignali and Rover. It bears the name of the researcher who created it in the 1930s (Prof. Manzoni), crossing the Rhenish Riesling (mother) with the Pinot Bianco (father). From 20-26 year old vineyards, it is harvested by hand and vinified with pressing of whole grapes and brief contact with the skins. It matures slowly on its lees for at least 10 months and then continues refinement in the bottle. It is an evolving wine. Floral, spicy with Alsatian aromatic notes, broad and round on the palate, supported by a dense structure and a freshness deriving from a compact and citrusy acidity which makes it a very long-lived wine.

Vignaiolo Fanti
In the heart of Trentino, where tradition meets a deep passion for winemaking, the story of Vignaiolo Fanti begins. It all started in a 17th-century rural house in the historic center of town, where Giuseppe Fanti launched his winemaking journey. With just a few hectares of land and a cellar carved out of his own home, he laid the foundation for a project that still inspires those who seek authenticity in every glass.
The turning point came with his son Alessandro. After studying at the prestigious Agricultural Institute of San Michele all’Adige, Alessandro embraced a bold vision: to turn the small size of the estate into its greatest strength. In the vineyards, he revived ancient farming techniques, essential for enhancing grape quality while respecting the rhythms of nature and the biodiversity of the land.
In the cellar, winemaking becomes both art and science, shaped by patience and precision. White grapes such as Incrocio Manzoni, Nosiola, and Chardonnay, and red varieties like Teroldego, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot are vinified with expert care and allowed to age slowly until they reach their full aromatic and structural potential. The result? Vibrant wines, rich in personality, fragrance, freshness, and integrity.
Vino45 is proud to feature the Vignaiolo Fanti collection in its curated selection, offering wine lovers and connoisseurs bottles that tell the true story of Trentino. Each sip is a journey through tradition and innovation, land and knowledge, past and future.

THE COMPANY
Vignaiolo Fanti began in a 17th century rural house, in the historic center of the town, where Giuseppe began to take his first steps in the winemaking business, having a small amount of land and using the enclosed cellars of his house.
After studying at the Agricultural Institute of San Michele, his son Alessandro worked to make the most of the few resources available to him, with the aim of transforming the small size of the company into his strong point. In the countryside, he has recovered the art of being a farmer, reevaluating old agronomic practices, fundamental for improving the quality of grapes and wine.
In the cellar he makes white grapes of Incrocio Manzoni, Nosiola, Chardonnay, and red grapes of Teroldego, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, with expert processing and long waits from fermentation to refinement in the bottle. He blends the experience of tradition with modern oenological knowledge. Thus, authentic wines are born, with character, consistency, fragrance, freshness and vitality, which manage to express the typical nature of their land of origin: Trentino.
