The 'No. 3' by Bressan is the result of the union of the international Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir and the native Schioppettino grape. The result is a complex product, with good complexity and great freshness. After the long maceration on the skins, it spends approximately 20 days of refinement in barriques and approximately 12 months in large barrels. Before marketing, a further period of 15 months of bottle refinement. Bouquet articulated by hints of blackberry and berries, together with earthy and green notes. Good structure and consistency, prominent acidity and well-integrated tannin. The finish is dry and slightly spicy. An expressive and frank wine.

Bressan
Nestled in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the Bressan winery is a bastion of authenticity and winemaking tradition. Here, where the rolling hills blend with the cool breezes of the Adriatic, grapes are passionately grown that tell the story of a generous and mysterious land. The IGT Venezia Giulia denomination is the stage on which Bressan stages its wine show, a sensory journey that has its roots in ancient practices and uncompromising methods.
Bressan's production philosophy is a hymn to nature and craftsmanship. Each glass is the result of a process that respects the natural cycle, where the hand of man guides with wisdom and sensitivity. The grapes, among which the characteristic Schioppettino and the refined Pinot Grigio stand out, are grown with traditional methods, without invasive interventions, to preserve the essence of the terroir and the purity of the varietal expression.
Bressan wines are a symphony of character and complexity. Their Schioppettino stands out for its bold personality, with spicy notes and a robust body that envelops the senses in a compelling embrace. On the other hand, the Pinot Noir di Bressan offers a more delicate, but no less intriguing, experience, with its aromas of red fruits and a refined structure that enchants with every sip.
Let yourself be won over by the wines of Bressan on Vino45, an invitation to discover the authenticity and mastery of a winery that has made respect for nature and tradition its banner, giving emotions in every bottle.
