Vinification involves temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 6 months of aging in Allier oak tonneaux, adding elegance and complexity. The nose reveals a rich, layered bouquet, where ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and dried flowers intertwine in perfect balance. On the palate, it is structured and deep, with refined, integrated tannins that gently embrace, delivering a persistent, expressive, and harmonious sip.
