'Solèr' by De Stefani is a blend of 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Carmenere, 20% Refosco and 20% Marzemino. Solèr is a word of the Venetian dialect and means attic, granary where the grapes wither. The Marzemino and Refosco are dried, while the remainder is vinified in a classic way at a controlled temperature. The aging in wood lasts 12 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle. Bouquet of very ripe fruit, plums in alcohol, violet, with marked ethereal and spicy notes. Full-bodied, important, enveloping, very velvety taste with complex tertiary aromas. Structure and complexity allow an evolution in the bottle for up to 15 years.

De Stefani
In the heart of Veneto, between the evocative landscapes of the Piave and the rolling hills of Conegliano, the De Stefani winery stands out, a bastion of winemaking excellence that passionately embraces the union between tradition and innovation. This historic Venetian company stands out for its ability to combine the legacy of the past with the modernity of the present, giving life to wines that tell stories of intensity, complexity and longevity. The DOC Piave and Colli di Conegliano denominations are the reflection of a territory rich in history and culture, where viticulture is an art handed down from generation to generation.
The production philosophy of the De Stefani winery is a hymn to the balance between the legacy of traditions and the innovation of modern techniques. The vineyards, cared for with dedication, are the fulcrum of a production that stands out for the careful selection of grapes, with particular attention to native varieties such as Merlot, Refosco and Pinot Grigio. These grapes, grown on privileged soils, give life to wines capable of expressing the typicality of the Veneto terroir to the fullest, bringing out intense aromas and deep flavors.
Among the most representative labels, Kreda and Solèr stand out as true winemaking jewels. Kreda, with its rich and enveloping bouquet, enchants with notes of ripe red fruits and spices, while Solèr amazes with its elegant structure and aromatic complexity, the result of a skillful blend of selected grapes. Every sip is a sensory journey, a story that reveals the mastery and passion that animate each phase of production.
We invite enthusiasts to discover the fine labels by De Stefani on Vino45, for a taste experience that celebrates the authenticity and excellence of the Veneto winemaking heritage.

THE COMPANY
Attention to the environment and winemaking tradition form the backbone of the De Stefani winery in Fossalta di Piave, winemakers for four generations, in the heart of the Veneto region. The farm is located in the center of a hilly area where making wine is not only history but also art. And if there is a winery in which the word "sustainability" has a value, this is De Stefani: all the vineyards are located inside the Podere Colvendrame, three hundred meters above sea level, in the heart of the production of the controlled denomination of origin wines "Colli di Conegliano" and "Prosecco di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene". Sustainability, therefore, in the most significant interpretation of "respect for the environment": De Stefani has abolished pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and insecticides and the winemaking processes are carried out without the use of added sulphites or preservatives. The company is also perfectly autonomous from an energy point of view, self-producing the electricity it needs by means of solar panels. Knowledge, tradition and love for the environment: the three essential ingredients for the wineries of the future, in a company of the present.
