Mistral Gin
In the suggestive setting of Provence, where the mistral wind gently caresses the countryside and the lavender fields wave like a purple sea, Mistral Gin is born. This unique creation is not a simple distillate, but an authentic tribute to the scents and flavors of the Provençal land. The cellar, if we can call it that, is immersed in a tradition that celebrates nature and its generosity, converting every drop of gin into a sensory journey through the enchanting landscapes of this French region.
The essences that make up Mistral Gin are a true kaleidoscope of aromas from the heart of Provence: lavender, the undisputed queen of these places, marries juniper and a selection of aromatic herbs that tell the story of ancient botanical knowledge. Every sip of Mistral Gin is like a light breeze that brings with it the scent of the fields and the serenity of summer days under the sun of the South of France.
The careful and respectful production approach aims to capture the purest essence of Provence, through distillation methods that respect tradition but, at the same time, know how to innovate to enhance every olfactory nuance. The aromatic bouquet is an embrace of delicacy and complexity, where floral and spicy notes intertwine in a perfect balance.
Let yourself be won over by the charm of Mistral Gin, available on Vino45, and experience a Provence enclosed in a bottle, ready to reveal its most fragrant and authentic secrets.

THE COMPANY
Mistral is based in Provence and was born from the love of founders for beautiful Provence Rosé wines: quickly they became fascinated with the diversity of the botanicals in the region. Established in 1898, the partner distillery is based in Forcalquier, in the heart of the Alpes de Haute-Provence region, not far from Luberon. The nearby mountain, Montagne de Lure, offers an inexhaustible source of botanicals growing here for thousands of years.Medicinal herbs have been gathered here since the Middle Ages, but it was not until the 17th and 18th centuries that the frequent use of these plants intensified with the arrival of numerous pharmacists and apothecaries. Mistral currently have access to certain botanicals harvested here by hand for MistralGin.
