Produced using the Metodo Classico, it ages for at least 30 months on the lees, followed by disgorgement and an Extra Brut dosage. Bellavista
When talking about the greatest Franciacortas of all time, it is impossible not to immediately think of Bellavista, one of the most prestigious maisons in the Brescia area. Its labels have marked the history of the denomination, becoming a point of reference for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
The origins of this reality of excellence date back to 1977, when Vittorio Moretti chose to invest in the hills around Erbusco with an idea as ambitious as it was visionary: to produce sparkling wines capable of competing with the most famous French Champagnes. From that dream a solid and dynamic project was born, which has contributed significantly to the qualitative evolution of Franciacorta.
The name "Bellavista" draws inspiration from the hill on which the winery stands, a place from which the gaze embraces Lake Iseo, the Po Valley and the Alps. A breathtaking panorama, a mirror of the beauty that can be found in every glass produced. Today, Bellavista can count on over one hundred plots distributed throughout the denomination territory: a wealth of soils, microclimates and exposures that gives uniqueness and complexity to each cuvée.
The Bellavista style is synonymous with elegance, precision and recognisability. Each bottle that is born in the Erbusco cellar is the fruit of meticulous work and a coherent vision. With a vineyard area of nearly 200 hectares and an annual production that approaches one and a half million bottles, Bellavista offers a range that includes Brut, Extra Brut, Satèn, Riserva Vittorio Moretti, Nectar, Alma Gran Cuvée and the refined Pas Operé.

Color: Bright straw yellow, crossed by golden reflections that testify to the elegance of the blend.
Perlage: Very fine and continuous, of great vivacity and persistence, confirming the long refermentation in the bottle.
Bouquet: Complex and layered, with an initial floral imprint of white flowers and lime, followed by citrus notes of cedar and lemon peel. Then emerge hints of ripe yellow fruit, such as peach and golden apple, intertwined with nuances of bread crust, toasted hazelnut and a touch of sweet spices, a legacy of the long maturation on the yeasts.
Taste: Striking for its harmonious and slender structure. The attack is dry and vertical, with a citrus freshness well balanced by a softness that gives volume. The finish is dry, mineral and saline, with citrus and dried fruit returns that elegantly prolong the persistence of the taste.

There is no passion in naming those that are the greatest Franciacorta of all time, do not immediately think of some of the bottles produced by one of the most important "maison" of Brescia: Bellavista.
The history of this very important winery has distant roots: it is in fact in 1977 that Vittorio Moretti decides to invest in the countryside surrounding Erbusco, with the intention of producing sparkling wines capable of rivaling, in quality, with the famous French Champagne. A vision that has become reality from nothing, with the birth of a production fabric that is probably unique in terms of dynamism and qualitative growth. The name of the winery derives from the hill on which it stands, and from which you can look at Lake Iseo, towards the Po Valley and towards the nearby Alps: a place of rare beauty. Today Bellavista collects the fruits of more than one hundred plots scattered like a leopard patch in the whole territory of the denomination, sources of that geological and climatic diversity that is at the base of the success of this winery, symbol not only of Franciacorta but of all Italy of wine.
Every year the bottles that come out of the Erbusco plant stand out for their elegance and stylistic precision, so much so that they can be immediately recognizable. A real "Bellavista style".
Currently the vineyard area is close to two hundred hectares, for a production of nearly a million and a half bottles per year. Brut, Extra Brut, Satèn, then the Riserva Vittorio Moretti, the Nectar, the unsurpassable Alma Gran Cuvée and the fantastic Pas Operé: all the labels that go under the name of "Bellavista" represent for years a firm and undisputed point for all the lovers of Franciacorta sparkling wines.
