Barolo Ginestra 'Pajana' by Domenico Clerico is made in a clay soil, with vines planted in '71 and '91, the vines have an ideal exposure and the production of this wine reaches 5000 badly counted bottles. It rests for 16 months in French barriques and then continues its evolution for another 16 months in 50 hl barrels under the strict supervision of Domenico Clerico. A path that will end only after further refinement in the bottle for two years.

In the heart of the Langhe, an enchanted territory where the hills seem to dance under the Piedmontese sky, stands the Domenico Clerico winery, one of the brightest gems of the Italian wine scene. Its history is deeply intertwined with the modern evolution of Barolo, a wine that he was able to redefine, imprinting his name in the firmament of the great Italian reds.
Domenico Clerico was a visionary pioneer, capable of looking beyond the horizon, embracing a modernist approach that revolutionized the way of conceiving and producing Barolo. His creations are powerful, concentrated, and endowed with extraordinary longevity, characteristics that fully reflect his production philosophy. The plots of Nebbiolo, the noble grape par excellence of the Langhe, intertwine with those of Dolcetto, giving life to wines that tell stories of passion, land and innovation.
Among Clerico's most celebrated labels, Barolo Ciabot Mentin stands out for its complexity and aromatic depth. This wine is a sensory journey that unfolds through notes of ripe fruit, spices and memories of wet earth, evolving over time with grace and character. Every sip is a tribute to the mastery of a man who has been able to interpret the terroir of the Langhe with audacity and respect, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
Let yourself be won over by the wines of Domenico Clerico, available on Vino45, and immerse yourself in an experience that celebrates the history and innovation of Barolo, an oenological tale that never ceases to fascinate.
