Orcia Rosso DOC 'Petrucci Anfiteatro' 2016 (750 ml.) Podere Forte

'Petrucci' by Podere Forte'Anfiteatro' cru, is the sunniest of the Sangiovese grapes from the Val d'Orcia company, located on high ground and heavily ventilated. In fact, it has a surprising dynamism, the fruit is intense and well ripe. Aging in French oak barrels for 18 - 20 months, bottle aging for 3 years. Royal aromatic intertwining with spicy aftertaste and fine undergrowth give the wine great elegance. Silky and soft overall, with very sweet tannins and a light savory stitching in the rich finish. It is an enveloping Sangiovese that never ceases to be discovered at the sip.

In the heart of Tuscany, where the hills of Val d'Orcia blend into a landscape that seems to have come out of a Renaissance painting, stands Podere Forte. This winery is the fruit of the vision of Pasquale Forte, an entrepreneur who has been able to transform his passion for wine into a project of excellence. Here, among the sinuous lines of the vineyards and the sweetness of the territory, a concept of viticulture comes to life that embraces luxury and innovation, while remaining deeply respectful of nature.

Podere Forte is located in one of the most evocative regions of Tuscany, where the climate and soil give unique characteristics to the vines. The DOC Orcia and IGT Toscana denominations are the stage on which the great protagonists of this winery perform: Sangiovese, Petit Verdot and Merlot, varieties that find their ideal habitat here. The production philosophy of Podere Forte is based on regenerative agriculture, an approach that aims to improve soil health and preserve the natural ecosystem, while ensuring uncompromising quality.

Under the expert guidance of Pasquale Forte, the winery has created wines of rare elegance and complexity, capable of enchanting even the most demanding palates. Among the main labels, Guardiavigna and Petrucci stand out. Guardiavigna is a wine that expresses strength and harmony, with its intense aromas and strong taste, while Petrucci fascinates with its lively personality and hints of red fruit and spices. Each bottle is the result of obsessive attention to detail, from the vineyard to the cellar, to offer a tasting experience that tells the story and passion of Podere Forte.

Let yourself be seduced by the wines of Podere Forte, available on Vino45. Discover a collection that captures the essence of Tuscany, a journey through luxury, nature and the art of making wine at its best.
