Champagne Brut 'Anthracite' by Corbon is a Blanc de Noirs from the traditional cuvée 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier produced by this artisan Maison. It is produced only with the best organic grapes from vineyards grown in the famous Côte des Blancs. The vinification takes place both in oak barrels and in steel vats and the refinement on the lees lasts 5 years until the second fermentation, in which a low sugar content is maintained to generate a high-class Brut. Bubbles that excellently represent the union of several vintages and several grape varieties, but with a single production tradition of great expressive quality.

Corbon
In the sparkling heart of the Champagne region in France, lies the Corbon winery, a small jewel of authenticity and passion. Nestled among the hills embroidered with vineyards, where tradition marries with generous nature, this family-run winery embodies the purest essence of the champenois spirit. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing each bunch of Chardonnay to ripen to the rhythm of nature, under a careful and loving eye.
Corbon stands out in the fervent panorama of French wine with its productions of RM Champagne, a denomination that celebrates the craftsmanship and independence of small producers. The production philosophy is a hymn to naturalness, a harmonious dance between man and the earth. Fermentations occur naturally, without dosage, giving life to Champagnes that are pure, dry and imbued with a lively and irresistible freshness.
The flagship of the winery is undoubtedly the Champagne Extra Brut, a refined expression of the territory that tells with transparency and sincerity the unique characteristics of the chalky soil and the temperate climate of Champagne. Each sip is a sensory journey that opens with citrus and white flower notes, followed by an elegant minerality and a structure that caresses the palate with its fine and persistent effervescence.
Don't miss the opportunity to discover the Corbon labels on Vino45, where each bottle is an open door to a world of authenticity and charm, an invitation to let yourself be enveloped by the timeless magic of Champagne.

THE COMPANY
The company is located in Avize in the heart of the Cote des Blanc. The land includes six hectares of 100% Grand Cru vineyards. It all began in the 1920s when Charles Corbon, who moved to Avize, began buying the vineyards and selling the grapes produced to wineries. Then in the seventies, in conjunction with the economic crisis, Claude Corbon decided to transform the company by becoming a producer. Since 2006 he has been supported by his daughter Agnes and with her he develops and perfects his Champagne project without filtration and assembly, with no addition of additives and with a minimum of three years of refinement before being put on the market. All this in order to obtain a lively, sincere and natural wine, with a strong personality and character. A champagne of excellent quality and with a refined and unique bouquet, which will amaze and excite you.
