'Bosco Satrano' by Villa Raiano is a pure Fiano di Avellino, of great freshness, richness and expressiveness. The Fiano grapes come from a one-hectare vineyard in the municipality of San Michele di Serino in the province of Avellino, in Contrada Bosco Satrano. 4,400 vines planted in 2009 cultivated with the principles of organic farming, on calcareous clay soils at 510 meters above sea level. of great quality and uniqueness. The vinification takes place entirely in steel vats and then refines on the fine lees for 12 months in the same vinification vats and 12 months in the bottle. Wide and exuberant bouquet, with aromas of citrus, pineapple, white peach. On the palate it is fresh and satisfying; successful balance between acidity and flavor, full and dry finish. It pairs with first courses of Mediterranean cuisine and vegetarian cuisine.
